Because all items available through the ODOD Boutique website are customized for you at the time of order, we cannot accept returns. This is typical for any hand made, customized item (such as bridal and formalwear, for example). We encourage you to supply measurements to ensure a good fit and/or contact us if you have any concerns or questions at all! If there is a mistake on your item, please contact us within 7 days and we will take care of the issue immediately to fix or replace the item. Our experienced, professional designers were hand picked for this website - and have the utmost concern for quality, detail and customer service. We want you to be happy and come back often!
