A bit of vintage flair takes you through a nostalgic kitchen with this fun halter set!  Halter style top ties at the neck and has a sweet kitchen themed fabric and is trimmed with a removable heart buckle in pink faux pearls with a hankie detail peeking through. Bottom of halter has feminine pink ruffles with the neckline trimmed in tattered roses. Skirt is made "parfait style" with tiers of patchwork ruffles and trimmed in pink ric rac for a scalloped look.
