The dress is a stripe patchwork of blue stripes and red polka-dots inspired by Old Glory.  Patchwork skirting is finished with red, white, & blue stripe ruffles and has a full. pristine white underskirting of heirloom quality imperial broadcloth with an appliqued red star.
