So fun for 4th of July and beyond!  A twirly skirt is kitchy and provincial with scrolling details in red and white.  The sash is a fun ric rac print that is a vintage inspired print.  A rhinestone buckle is included and adds just enough glitz.  White knit tank has stars that are frayed and funky with a grosgrain bow and mohair floral trim to add that extra touch!  This would keep her cool on the 4th and pieces can mix and match with other items to last through summer!  Hairbows available separately.  By Josiekat's Trunk!
